We ship live shrimp in insulated packaging with temperature control to protect them during transit. Orders are sent via trusted couriers with tracking and delivery confirmation. We only ship on days that allow for the shortest possible transit time, avoiding weekends and holidays where possible.
Please check your shipment immediately on arrival. Carefully open the package and inspect the shrimp. Some temporary inactivity is normal due to shipping stress, but your shrimp should be alive. We recommend following our acclimation guide to help your shrimp adjust smoothly to their new home.
If you find that some or all shrimp have died during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. You must provide clear photographs of the package, dead shrimp, and shipping label to support your claim. We may request further details to help improve our shipping.
We guarantee your shrimp will arrive alive in reasonable condition when following our shipping and care instructions. In rare cases of significant loss, we will work with you to resolve the issue fairly, which may include partial refunds, replacement shipments, or store credit.
Claims made after 24 hours or without sufficient evidence cannot be accepted.
Our live arrival guarantee depends on customers following instructions for receiving and acclimating shrimp. Delays or damage caused by carriers, weather, or improper handling after delivery are beyond our control.
